I am Bastiaan Van Veelen and I am a Career and Peak Performance Coach. Through my Coaching, I enable people to be at their best and feel at their best.
Before becoming a coach, I was as a Director in the Global Equities Business, working for two major US Investment Banks: Morgan Stanley & Citigroup. I also had a nice career in Sports. So, I know what performing at the highest levels is like. Despite enjoying success in both, I rarely felt truly fulfilled. After doing my own deep inner work, I found my own purpose and decided to do my own Transition and switch careers into Coaching and help other people get most out of themselves and be fulfilled with it at the same time.
When I left the Financial Services industry for Coaching, I decided to focus on Peak Performance. I read many books and did a number of high-quality in-depth courses on Peak performance and Flow state. I now help people through one-on-one coaching, but also through Masterclasses and Group coaching.
